The service team did help when I had problems but the management team did not. They continued to push excuses after excuses for delay. There are no service/dealerships to assist.

There were several damaged and scratches on the bike during shipping. I took the bike to a repair shop and they were able to fix most of the problems with minimum cost to me. I need the derailleur hanger to finish repairs. The repair shop can’t finish until they get the part. They said the gear derailleur may have to be replaced, they won’t know until the get the derailleur hanger. I have wrote two messages to Fuell service department and it’s been two weeks and no response. The bike is safe and usable. I rode it for 50 miles yesterday and still had over 60 percent of the battery left. Please have service department get a hold of me. Steve Mallek sl15099@att.net 727-260-3119

The staff at Fuell are very responsive via chat and helped me out immensely, especially Zee They helped me with my needs and I recommend them to EVERYONE who is interested in am an ebike. I love bike in all aspects except one. It would be great if a throttle could be added to it. Pedelec is great, but there are times that it would be nice to just coast a bit and let the bike do the work. The bike is my way of getting in shape to start my major road work. At 65, that is a chore. Thank you,Thank you, thank for all of your hard work and designing a bike that should never need replacing it high maintenance.

I recently bought a used Fuell 1S and in my search for a shop to help with repairs stumbled on two more for sale and bought those as well. Fuell has been great to work with, even loaning me the clutch removing tool to do my own maintenance since I'm not close to a repair shop or dealer. They have shop manuals on their website that are pretty good and Fuell support has helped via e-mail.
