Easy easy to order and fast delivery

Shipping was fast and packaged extremely well.

Not terribly happy with the performance. Water not as soft and sweet smelling as our old system. We have adjusted the softness more times than should be necessary. I would not recommend. Looking to replace.

order sent out promptly but had to return it. wrong item shipped. USPS says they recd it 10 days ago and no word as to when or if i will receive credit.

Had to call support to get help with the install and they were very fast to call me back and very helpful.

shipping updates never occurred. tracking number was useless. no packing slip. no instructions on how to install. No instructions on how to set up the controller.

I ordered my system and thought that with all the complaints from other places, not fleck, on shipping times due to Covid-19 I figured it would take a while to receive. They sent me an confirmation of my order and about maybe a week later everything was waiting for me at home. Good packing to keep stuff safe. Super easy to put together since I was just replacing an old one. All the parts were there. Quality stuff. No cheap stuff here. Needed larger tubing for drainage.
