Received my F20 fitness set 2 weeks ago. I put it together over last weekend and it's a great machine! No issues with directions and putting the machine together. I recommend this machine hands down to anyone. Thank you

FlashFitnessTX was a god send for us up here in Alaska. No other company was as willing to work with us on our unique shipping situation. We ordered the F50, stair machine, and dumbbell set. Will definitely be ordering more. Also shout out to Ethan for the awesome customer service. Last point, two of the support beams did require a little modification, not the end of the world but that would most likely be on the manufacturer in China.

I love my F20. The versatility gives me everything I was looking for in a Smith machine and there’s no better bang for your buck out there. Above everything else, their customer service is phenomenal!

Fast delivery and quick install. Communication with the owner has been great. A company is defined by its customer service and this company is top notch. My F50 has been amazing so far. Gym quality pulleys! Time to get jacked!!!

So the guys are communicative, which is great. But I have a 6000. 00 set up that is absolutely not performing like a cheap machine would. 1. The pieces are "not square" and do not align properly. The middle support is off 1/4 inch from the center posts. I've disassemble this machine 3 times and no matter what you can see the items are either out of square or twisted. 2. The attachments such as lat extension, is narrower than the chrome front support (with the holes) and will not attach (195. 00 in the drain). 3. The Smith bar is super tight and not a smooth operation like a gym or my prior old cheap machine. It's so tight you struggle to get it to move. I've tried countless times to see if the main round bars were off, but they are not. I greased the bars, but to no change. 4. The cable/plate system is another issue. when pulling the cables (as if you're exercising) they vibrate as if it's struggling to go up and down the chrome bars. 5. Finally, the instructions are total garbage, and the YouTube video is too fast and doesn't show proper angles with no voice over to assist. In closing, I have not been able to use this machine as I wanted to because of is poor operation. Pictures loaded, but not wasting my time on a video of the smith bar. the question now is do I seeking financial restitution for a product that is not what was sold in quality and performance ? grant it, things happen, not all machines might have had these issues, but this one is junk,

Love it! I have a smaller room but this fits perfectly in my room and it’s become my favorite thing in my house! No more going to the gym for me!

Top quality machine. Everything is smooth and well designed the F50 is sturdy and leaves little to be desired. I opted for getting the profesional assembly service and i am thankful I did. They spent about 5-6 hours putting this bad boy together. Great machine and customer service is top notch. Ethan responded to all of my question very respectfully and patiently.
