Amazing overall experience with Flash Fitness! After considering various vendors, I ultimately decided on the Flash F-50 and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The equipment shipped quickly and I was updated throughout the shipping process. It arrived on time and I scheduled assembly through the Flash Fitness website. There was a minor issue with one of the parts and customer service was quick to assist. I am sure my husband and I will be using the F-50 for many years.

Awesome piece of equipment. Use it daily, one issue I had was the instructions, they were not as clear as I would’ve like. The assembly video definitely helped. So far 1 month in I have no complaints. Will definitely recommend to others.

The process was easy, the F-30 is sturdy and provides me with everything i was looking for. The installation team that they put me in touch with, was professional, on time and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home gym equipment.

Product was as described. Took about 6 hours to assemble and am happy with the product. Shipping was with a freight company and large semi and trailer. I have a gravel driveway in a rural area and the driver was unable to back up to house to unload. Had to drop the box about 125 feet from house . I had to unload the box and dolly parts it to the house . May want to check on delivery type if you have access for a large semi truck and trailer.

Received my F20 fitness set 2 weeks ago. I put it together over last weekend and it's a great machine! No issues with directions and putting the machine together. I recommend this machine hands down to anyone. Thank you

FlashFitnessTX was a god send for us up here in Alaska. No other company was as willing to work with us on our unique shipping situation. We ordered the F50, stair machine, and dumbbell set. Will definitely be ordering more. Also shout out to Ethan for the awesome customer service. Last point, two of the support beams did require a little modification, not the end of the world but that would most likely be on the manufacturer in China.

I love my F20. The versatility gives me everything I was looking for in a Smith machine and there’s no better bang for your buck out there. Above everything else, their customer service is phenomenal!
