The Fitkicks site is easy to navigate and the checkout process was simple. I bought 2 pairs, got a 10% discount, free shipping, and the shoes arrived within 2 days. I haven't had Fitkicks long enough to know how they last, but I do enjoy them and with this kind of price and experience, I'll shop again anytime I need to!!!

They are very comfortable. I ordered a size Large but they were a little snug. I called customer service for an exchange. The rep provided great service and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would recommend this product to anyone.
