Dear Filteroo, I have had my 10 Litre Off White filter for about a month , recommended by my friend. Everything about it is high quality. I love that it’s hand made , made by a family business, made in ceramic, has a ceramic filter. The best icing on the cake is that the water tastes divine and my daughter drinks it all the time now.
