All good fits perfectly 👌

I love it from its design and presentation, service and delivery excellent. I opted to update my water filter away from the zazen which I have had for years, but i have ended up with plastic filters in the secondary compartment, is there a different filter cartridge available to contain the microplastics?

Please could you give me a number where I can talk to someone about the products .. The number on website is always engaged…

I’ve tried to send a message but it won’t “submit” and the phone number is always engaged .. Whst should I do ??

Dear Filteroo, I have had my 10 Litre Off White filter for about a month , recommended by my friend. Everything about it is high quality. I love that it’s hand made , made by a family business, made in ceramic, has a ceramic filter. The best icing on the cake is that the water tastes divine and my daughter drinks it all the time now. Thank you so much , Katie.
