I have purchased a number of items from EZ. Four (4) in fact. This The EZ-X Premium Massage Gun was specifically for my son due to trouble with his neck from a childhood car accident. The product worked amazing, until is stopped dead. I fully expected to take the loss. I left a poor review, and EZ reached out immediately, and a new product is on it's way. This has me speechless. It took some digging to get the info they required (my fault). The commitment to customer service, and their product is amazing. I will be recommending this product, and when in the market for something new, this is where I will shop. Thank you for shocking me!!
