They fixed the screen but
They fixed the screen but don’t use apple recognised screens. This shows up in the settings and it wouldn’t I didn’t end up selling my phone for anything as they had to remove the screen. Grand if you want it for personal use but you’ll never be able to sell the phone in for much.

EXCELLENT Service!! Very good communications from the team when courier issues came up. During repair it became clear that a cleaning was sufficient and not a full replacement and the guys informed me as well as giving me money BACK! Incredible integrity. I will definitely recommend and use the guys at ExpressTech again.

MacBook Pro Battery Replacement collect-fix-deliver
MacBook Pro Battery Replacement collect-fix-deliver service. I booked on line. A courier came, took the macbook and bought it back 5 hours later. I actually thought when I received it back that they had NOT replaced the battery as it came back in the exact wrapping i sent it in, packed the same way and in one of their boxes. I was sure upon looking at they hadn;t touched it and I was ready to hit the phones to ask them what they were playing at….. :-) Then I noticed that this was not my macbook but a brand new one…. then I noticed that it was my MacBook but that they had cleaned it so that it looked like new. Actually better than new. Screen, Case, Keyboard all immaculate….. The battery was indeed replaced and it was all done someday in 5 hours for around 200€ door to door and I never even left my homeoffice. It is an amazing level of service, at an amazing price, by people who obviously understand how to 'more than meet' customer expectations. Cannot recommend ExpressTech highly enough. Well done and thanks.

This is a really excellent service - picked up, repaired and returned within 5 hours. Zero hassle and the quality is excellent. I wish I'd known about it sooner (or bought a protective phone case sooner).
