I have purchased couple of times. I am satisfied with quality. But in my recent purchase I am facing problem because I ordered and paid for 5 items but in my received parcel, there was only 3 items. . . that's disappointing. I have lodged complaint and they are saying that they will make inquiry. So I am hoping that I will receive my items
