Please cancel this subscription I never subscribed

Got charged and I wasn’t supposed to.

Well, I tried to order your product and it never made it to me so if you want me to try, you’ll have to send me a free bottle cause I’m not gonna spend $76 and get screwed again. I had something delivered from the other side of the world in four days.

Because you chose to ship your product by the least reliable service in the country, the US post office, you shipped it too late and now I have been without product for 3 days and maybe longer. It will be like starting over. What will you do about this? How am I supposed to be able to see if this works if you won’t even let me take it consistently?

How do I return this product ? Every time I take it I end up sick from it.

I tried to log in to my account and could not remember the password. I requested an email to change password and never received one. Tried over and over, still no response. How do I cancel???

I purchased this item because it has good reviews! Which makes me think that all the bad reviews get flagged. When I got the item I saw that there is a cancer warning on the package, so I reached out to customer service and to there response, is that they would never put anything in the product that would cause to there users. As for me when an item carries a cancer warning there is enough merit that the item can cause damage to the user. I then asked for a refund and they replied back that I would have to taken on the shipping cost to return then item. I really don’t appreciate purchasing an item that does not post all warning there product (s) may have.

Due to the warning label on the bag which isnt visible on line, i never even used the product. The cancer warning (even though it specifically refers to California residents) made ne veryafraid to use the product.

Amazing how they send a msg that my subscription price dropped $5, but what they don’t mention is that the quantity was halved…. so it was actually a price increase! Sneaky and deceptive.

Tried the variety pack (3 flavors) and the taste was just not for me. It was way too salty and fake sugary tasting. Almost like the salt water prep for a colonoscopy. I’ve been trying to get a refund but no one has contacted me after I’ve reached out twice. Disappointing

Changed from 200mg to 100mg per capsule, and now colored with titanium dioxide, which has been banned in several states, including mine, New York. Sent back for refund.

Worried to try this. Arrived today with a warning on front for CA residents only. Can expose user to lead & a cancer causing acid. Not mentioned in add or on picture of package in ad. I want to use this daily. Help with info please.

I expected Grass clippings in a gelatin capsule. However, I was suckered into an auto pay plan that I could not stop being part of. Reaching out to customer service over five times resulted only in me having to cancel my debit card. Beware

Truly disgusting, I could not even finish the pack. I have to pay return shipping just to get my money back which is scammy. The fact that comments are limited on social media is telling.

Haven’t gotten them yet
