Break pads never arrived. Tried to contact Epicycle but had no reply. Will just go to the local bike shop next time.

I never received my shipment of brake pads (OSZJPJQTI).

The brake bleed kit we received recently did the job and was delivered quickly. My previous order of brake pads work great, though you were a bit slow on the delivery (considering it was intended to be couriered). But no one is perfect, and you made up for it by hand delivery, providing an extra set of pads, and refunding the courier fee, so I'm happy!

Excellent service, timely delivery, good communication and very good prices. The dual compound brake pads stopped the Avid howl on my Trance. Will be buying more product from Epicycle.

Only ordered brake pads. However they did turn up, they were what I wanted and work way better than the originals. Very happy and will be using you again. The only thing I would say, is you need to make it clear the free delivery of a package must be to a letter box of P.O. Box. Mine got lost because of this and took over a week to turn up. My email was not replied to and in the end I had to call you.

These pads are awesome. Very good power and silent as! Not much time on them in the wet yet and so far seem to be wearing well. Would defintely buy again. Keep up the good work Epicycle!
