I can't say enough about the amazing level of customer service from Elves & Angels!! I reached out over the weekend hoping for a Christmas miracle delivery. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a response within 30 minutes reassuring me that they would do what was needed to ensure that my 6-year old daughter had a gift from Santa under the tree on Christmas morning. Julianna, who helped me, was incredibly responsive, kind, and completely put me at ease. She followed up the following night to confirm that they had gotten my order rushed and completed over the weekend and provided tracking info, so I can keep an eye on the package. I wish this level of customer service and genuine kindness was more common - truly made my weekend. I can't recommend them enough - the toys are beautiful and their level of service amazing.
