I bought the Soft Bamboo Jersey Classic Fit Knicker in Medium size - (UK Size 14/16) in: - Claret & Black; - Violet & Raspberry; and - Rosewood & Spearmint. This knickers’ bamboo material is so soft and smooth that it feels like a second skin. The contrast in the colours of the knickers and lace trim is so attractive and sexy-looking. The Medium size (UK 14-16) felt ample for my 34” waist and, though a comfortable fit, they did feel slightly larger than I would usually buy. I might be tempted to buy the Small size (UK 10-12) next time for a more snug fit, but conscious that this size might be too small and in consideration of the Returns Policy. I love the range of E&M’s underwear but, being on the cusp of Small and Medium sizes, I wish an additional option of a UK size 12-14 was offered. Lovely, comfortable and very attractive underwear.

I've been buying these knickers since they were first featured in the Channel 4 programme. I ordered 3 sale pairs of these recently. Very swift delivery, and good communication throughout purchase. Over the years, the cut of these knickers (and my physique!) have changed, and unfortunately these were too snug for me, so I returned them. (Despite falling within the stated size range.) My refund was issued very quickly. After making contact with Ella & Me and getting some advice, I ordered some of the bamboo knickers instead. These are a much better fit for me, with some all important give in the fabric. (Will review separately.)

Ordered a mix of the bamboo briefs and different styles from the lace knickers. All are gorgeous and they fit perfectly. Beautifully made, great quality and super comfortable. In love and cant wait to order again!

I am happy with this top, material feels lovely, looks feminine, I will enjoy wearing it. I had originally ordered an xs , but fit was too small , I returned it and received replacement within a couple of days. Ella & me have been great to communicate with. I bought a pair of 'Silk Ruffle Knicker - Ivory', I chose a size S which looked a little too snug for me so I returned for a size M. I checked in with the team to see if they had arrived back and David responded. David kept me up to date with the returns process and dispatch in a super friendly and professional manner. I have been buying beautiful lace pants for many years and more recently, I bought some masks. These masks just like everything else they make are fantastic. I have been so impressed with this company and their products that I recommended them to my friends. My friends bought the masks were also impressed, one friend even bought a chemise and absolutely loves it. This company makes and sells beautiful, quality products, but they also have quality staff who are kind, friendly and very helpful. Fantastic all round!!

I ordered a lucky dip and was delighted by the shape of them however the lace has started frilling elastic like hair after first west. It seemed to me the material was old/spoilt? I’m not convinced price matches in quality.
