The product looks good. However, their customer service is extremely poor. I accidentally ordered the wrong color, which was my fault, and they ended up canceling the order. I was told the money would be refunded to my account within a few hours, only to later find out I had to wait 10 working days. It’s been longer than that, but the money still hasn’t been returned, and now the table is out of stock. I started another chat, only to be blamed by their support for ordering the wrong item. My thoughts are: what’s the point of their assistance if they act like that instead of fixing the issue or apologizing for providing misleading information? OVERALL, the experience has been appalling.

I got the airlift series at 65% off. Installation was okay jusy need to really read the instructions. Downside was the delivery. I got stressed because of the k miscommunications with the sales people and the logistics partner. Salesperson did not notify me that the delivery will push through late night. I was not able to connect with the delivery guy on time that night. Then the next day I tried to contact the sales team via email and sms with no response. Its just when I called another salesperson to ask for followup delivery. The promised afternoon delivery did not push thru. I recvd it at around 8pm that Tuesday. Ordered Friday pm.
