Side Splits Beginner Program
After returning to Rhythmic Gymnastics in my mid 20s, realising stretching isn't as easy as it was in my teens. After 3 sessions per week for 1 week of the Side Splits beginner program, I have already seen a fantastic improvement, and am so, so glad I came across 'ElasticSteel.' I was finding it difficult to stretch my splits and hit a plateau, but not anymore!! I also look forward to getting my chest stand/locust using your program. Would be fantastic to see a front and back walkover program in the future. Keep up the amazing work you are doing!! Thank you!!
