Package arrived torn open at both ends as well as the inside supporting cardboard. Surprising that the juicer didn't fall out during shipping. It was NOT packed for shipping -- loose in a lightweight box. I was shocked and disappointed in your company. The juicer is fine (luckily it's so heavy and sturdy that it survived. ) When you ship something, pack it accordingly.
