I like the products you guys offer, with the bar soap being my absolute favorite. Shipping has always been in a reasonable time and the free shipping with certain purchase amount is great also. My only complaint I've ever had was with the handling of the rewards program. I buy my soaps in bulk especially when there are sales and I earn a decent bit of points on some purchases. I don't agree with the points expiring in one year. If I earned the points from making a purchase, I feel like I should not be under the gun to use them in a limited amount of time.
