Great product. . I've owned the DT pro cinema series for over 20 years. . . the 4 satellite speakers center and sub. . . no issues until the sub got zapped by lightning.

It took them a day
It took them a day or so with little to no communication about the order, but after that small delay, the item shipped and was delivered very quickly. I was able to call customer service and get the order updates, however. Customer service in the technical assistance has been very responsive. But sometimes they didn’t have an answer and would have to escalate to higher level and those responses would come via email a couple days later. I guess I would consider the customer support adequate but it would be nice if you could just talk directly to the people that can get you the answers rather than have to wait for someone to get back to you via email and you can’t actually talk to them. Still overall happy with the product in the order process

Speakers arrived in great shape through a shipping company I hadn't worked with before. Having to be home to accept the delivery was a bit of a hassle, but I can understand the reasons companies require that.
