There is no way I'm getting a hundred roaches from y'all. When we go to the local pet store and order a hundred crickets it's easily double what you guys send us y'all need to step up the amount because I'm paying $26 for 50 roaches is ridiculous.

All arrived in great condition and on schedule. Packaged like it was a present. Excellent way to convince our pet refuge to use them again.

Despite charging for delivery and saying it was coming through UPS, the delivery came through USPS and got trapped in my mailbox instead of being safely delivered to my door. That isn’t the company’s fault, it’s the post person’s, but it could’ve been avoided by them not picking the cheapest shipping option. It’s called integrity, if you’re gonna charge me for a quality service you could provide that. Then they emailed me after delivery and said I had three hours to respond if the roaches are dead, which is obviously insane given that they didn’t not mention that at the time of ordering, and the roaches were delivered in the middle of a work day with no option to schedule delivery. I wrote to the company immediately about the timeline and four days later my roaches are still trapped in the mailbox, and I haven’t received any response from this company — which is hilarious given their expectation of communication. Couldn’t recommend less. Awful experience, awful service, and I don’t have any roaches. You obviously make all your money from a sponsored ad when people are trying to find a reputable distributor, and then ignoring negative feedback, but my bank dispute will work regardless.

Promised 2-4 day shipping and failed to deliver. my order was made on 2/24 and I received notice on 2/26 that the order would arrive on 3/5. I know this is a small business, but level expectations when you are shipping live animal feed. I would have just gone to the pet shop.
