I’m so pleased with the delivery of the Dubia roaches. They were all alive and well!

Have placed several orders and all of them have been perfect. All my feeders arrive alive and doing well. Shipping is fast.

Great just expected them to be a bit larger but will update order for next time and everything alive and well. Hot pack was cold when arrived but also in Northern Wisconsin with multiple days in cold transit

I was very impressed. We received all live roaches. They were all the right size and our litlle man enthusiastically gobbled them up.

They were all dead but three in my second order! My first order all were dead but one. Canceled my subscription bc this is not worth the money.

Haven’t received them yet. Staff was very pleasant.

Roaches were not moving when received and was told to put under basking light for 24 hours. They are still not moving 2 days later.

Roaches all dead, first time using store so I can’t blame them most likely in shipping since all were dead. Better to buy local or shipped within your state for shorter transit time and more consistent weather,

The dubia roaches all arrived deceased.

All 200 Dubias arrived unalived. . . Still no replacement or refund; just asked to take a bunch of pictures of unalived dubias saying they might be in a dormant state 2 days later under heat. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I plan to order again. Only roaches this time.

Really great service, Dubias were healthy and the right size, so were the super worms, making this my regular spot
