Wore these for my wedding once and the beads string broke. Asked dolce vita for a resolution and they couldn’t offer me anything besides 20% off a new pair. Terrible costumer service and terrible quality shoes. Will not be supporting this company any longer.

Honestly, dealing with dolce vita has been horrendous. I’ve tried three different times to order these heels for my wedding. First time I ordered them in size 7. After they still hadn’t shipped in 7 days I emailed for an update. They told me the order was marked as “unfillable” because they weren’t able to find a pair in stock to send to me. They said they would keep trying to find a pair, but if they weren’t able to find one then my order would be cancelled. I waited another two days and asked why they were still showing available on the website if they weren’t able to find a pair to send to me, and their answer was that their website was update later than their system was. So, after 1.5 weeks of them not shipping, I cancelled the order. I then placed a second order for the same shoes the next day, because they STILL were showing available on the website, so I was hoping the previous order was just some sort of a glitch. Nope. After they still hadn’t shipped four days later, I emailed again inquiring as to whether they had them in stock in size 7.5 instead, and if it would be easier to get my hands on them in that size. They emailed me back saying “I can confirm they are currently in stock in size 7.5”. So I immediately ordered them in size 7.5. Here we are one week later and those still have not shipped. I truly don’t understand how this keeps happening and why they still have them showing as available on their website when they clearly don’t have any in stock. Awful awful awful experience with Dolce Vita.
