Good products value and delivery

Seller wouldn't respond for 2 weeks so i traveled from Birmingham to Leicester where the seller is based. This is not the address where the seller is based but rather an address where i believe they receive their parcels as someone is always at home. Once i visited the seller responded which in my view is good but unprofessional not to respond to my original query. He then kept me updated and i finally received my goods. The goods were very dusty, clearly they have been in some dusty place in India but the inside contents was fine. I would rather not deal with this seller again as there was no courtesy to respond.
