After a great deal of on line searching I found the replacement soft close toilet seat I was looking for. I identified the Calla seat from pictures on the site and ordered same. Excellent quick service from DOB.I thought the price was expensive but as this was the only outlet I could find I had to pay. This is probably the suppliers price and not DOB who actually had cut the price. I would use this company again.

Ordered mirror that they had down at wrong sizes. Payed through PayPal but said I had to wait for cheque. Let me keep mirror. Good to deal with but not good on refund policy

The basin is fine. Unfortunately no notification of delivery date was given by D O B or the courier so I could have been away on the day it arrived. Otherwise I would have awarded 5 stars.

Having priced the Sani Access 3 here in Italy, at nearly €800, I shopped around & found this site. Couldn't be more helpful, I arranged a courier & saved £250 & had the item delivered here to my door. Great advice from the team, great comms helping to organise the courier & to get the item on the 3rd day after ordering, it couldn't have been easier. Thanks a lot
