This is the first coffee that I was able to drink it in a latte without adding sugar! The espresso it makes is naturally sweet and delicious. It produces a nice syrupy espresso when using 20 grams in and pulling 50 grams. I was able to achieve amazing results after adjusting my grinder only once!

Delicious coffee. Lighter roasts than I would normally buy from the store, really brings out unique fruit or honey notes that set this company apart from mass suppliers. Feels like I’m daily-drinking the high-end stuff. I typically brew with French or Aero press.

I really enjoy getting to try new coffees every month and its really cool to get to read about the different locations and farms they come from. The Costa Rica lot #38 is my favorite so far. I am excited for my shipment next month.

I have a Cuisinart coffee maker. I have a french press being currently shipped to me, which I am looking forward. The coffee (Costa Rican, Coopedota lot 38) is good and above average quality, when thinking about the many, varieties of coffee beans I have brewed in the machine. I think the french press is going to make these beans taste outstanding.
