We truly enjoy working with your team, and the product itself is beautiful. However, we experienced several issues with this order. First, the production took longer than expected. When the racks arrived, we discovered dimensional errors that made installation impossible, we lost 2 days of labor. In addition, the packaging was disorganized, which caused delays in identifying the correct locations of the racks according to the design. The packing list provided also did not match the plans. I have already shared all these comments with our sales representative. I sincerely hope the next project can be handled under improved conditions, and that we can count on your support to ensure a smoother installation .
