I made an order on the 30th April, it never arrived. according to tracking, Royal Mail seemed to have lost it, fine. I was told the order was resent last week, but 5 days later the re-order still isn't here. It's now almost a month and I still haven't received my order. This happening once is fine, but twice isn't.

I ordered Lamisil spray, but received, instead, Lamisil Cream. I emailed the company to ask them to exchange it, but have received no reply. Hopefully they will see this review and act on it.

I placed an order on Friday with express shipping, expecting it to arrive quickly as promised. It is now Wednesday, and my order is still nowhere to be seen. What kind of "express" shipping takes nearly a week?! This is beyond incompetent. I relied on this pharmacy for something important, and they completely failed to deliver. No updates, no explanations, just an outrageous delay. If you value your time and health, stay far away from this place. I will never be shopping here again. Absolute disgrace
