Hello Cousins Maine Lobster Team - Order 2248 My mom grew up in NH and moved to MD after marrying our dad. That was back in the 60’s. Last May (2020), our dad died unexpectedly from pancreatic cancer. Twelve days later, our mom was airlifted up to DC after suffering a brain aneurysm and spent 160 days in the hospital before we were able to bring her home. I moved into her home serving as her primary caretaker, with joy. Since coming home, mom’s number one craving has been a Maine lobster roll. My own health has not been great as I had been in need of a major surgery prior to dad’s death and put it on hold to help with our parents’ health. With the assistance of my brothers, I was just able to have my surgery (2/16/21). To satisfy mom’s craving and to have a special treat for my older brother who took the first week’s “shift” of taking care of mom and me, I ordered two of your make-at-home lobster roll kits. Due to two separate weather delays in our region, the order ended up arriving 2/25. So, while my older brother missed out, we had a perfect birthday dinner treat for my younger brother who took the second week “shift.” Oh my word was that the best meal decision ever! Everyone was so surprised to have Maine lobster rolls down here in Southern Maryland. And it doesn’t end there. My older brother returns this weekend for another “shift” and I’m surprising him with the same meal + lobster mac-n-cheese for his birthday celebration meal, order 2468. On top of the freshest and most delicious lobster rolls, your service team is phenomenal. Erin Cornish Esther Judah were each the bearer of bad news when the original order was delayed...twice. They are both just so lovely and made sure my delivery was made as soon as the shippers would allow. Will always recommend you to anyone with a lobster craving.
