Bought this my wife, and she loves it. The size is just what she needed, not to big, not to small, is just about the right size to take all the basics and make it still comfortable to have it on the whole day if you are out, and it looks so cool. Highly recommend.

The quality seems as good as my first 16L but unfortunately it arrive with a very bad sweat smell. Not that have been used but the smell is not going away even after multiple washing. Hence I have to drop down to 2 stars.
