Highly recommend the breath work and cold plunge events! This is my second time attending this type of event by you guys. However, the music was a little too loud during the guided breath work part. Myself and a few others further behind could barely hear Michelle's guidance over the volume of music. Aside from that, the event was wonderful and would recommend it to friends and family.
