The phone contact for Customer Care is a nonworking number, the other phone number listed at the website is an answering service. I was shipped a right and a left orthotic and they are both different. That is the worst thing that could happen for a foot corrective device they should be the same, unless they are custom fabricated. Terrible product 0 returns . Company does not uphold the return policy

Just got my first pair; incredible. My back pain has diminished, my posture is improved; my feet love me. Getting another pair asap!!!!
