The service was excellent! When I ordered the handbag I was a bit concerned that it would not make it to me in time for my event. I sent an email and was answered quickly and very responsibly. They were absolutely excellent. I received the bag in great time, it was perfectly packed with a lovely chain and bag.

Unfortunately, it slipped from my hand, and the purse broke apart. 😒 I didn't even get to use it once.
