Being a vegetarian I am always after full bodied flavours. The Bold Browning is awesome on so many vegetables, especially Brussel Sprouts and Cauliflower. When I cook with it for friends they are all blown away by the flavour.

I’ve used a lot of peppers, pepper seasons etc to get the perfect touch of heat at the back of your mouth!! This one does it!!! I adjust it based on the company I’m preparing for... but it’s perfect. Takes a few times to text the amount you need. It’s doesn't take much!! Highly recommended!!

Could not have chosen a more perfect name for this spice blend, all purpose! They is exactly what it is good on all things! I fry it on my veggies, put it on my sandwiches, and it is amazing on potatoes! It adds a perfect extra flavour to anything! I highly recommend it!
