Have desperately tried to get assistance to use this product. I still can't use it

Having purchased a Cleverlogger to improve our monitoring and have the ability to receive alarms from home I am most impressed by the ongoing service support. Recently we asked a question about how to clear an alarm, it was answered quickly and of their own accord the team reviewed our temperature data and alerted us to some concerning patterns in our fridge temps. The Cleverlogger team suggested we get our fridge looked at and sure enough it needed degassing. Disaster averted! All that even though there is no ongoing subscription fee. Unheard of these days. Thanks team Clever.
