Cindy's Cookbook is an awesome recipe resource to own. If you love southern creole cooking then this book is a must have. They are easy to follow and restaurant quality dishes. Some of the best food Louisiana has to offer are at your finger tips. You will not need another cookbook in your kitchen. I am really enjoying my signed copy and and me and my family are enjoying the best food Louisiana has to offer. I am originally from New Orleans and I know what good food taste like. I brought the book for My Wife for a gift for her to explore the Love.., Food and Recipes let alone our enjoyment of each another in life and that is the Love for cooking but more for her own cooking skills

The Cook Book is well written and the recipes are easy to follow. Somethings I knew how to cook, however, Cindy's book add ingredients that improved flavor. The book has encouraged me to try new dishes! Cooking is now my new hobby....Thank you Cindy!

I just tried the Yakamein recipe.it's so good.We have a saying in New Orleans when a dish is good it makes you wanna "Slap your mama".There are some real good recipes that remind me of my Grandmothers kitchen.If you love Southern food this is the cookbook to have;I promise you it's Great!!!!

This is all you will need to create some traditional New Orleans dishes! Great recipes for all to enjoy. :)
