I first discovered Chef's Olive Mix on a trip to old Sacramento several years ago and enjoyed sampling the products in the store. We left with several bottles of oil and vinegar. Since the store is over 150 miles from my home, I expected this would be my last encounter unless I happened to be in Sacramento for something. Then I started to buy the oils online. I have been very impressed with the service. When I place an order, the products usually arrive within a few days. On the few occasions there were errors, Lisa promptly and courteously fixed things. I am very happy with this company

Garlic Olive Oil
We LOVE garlic so this oil is icing on the cake. Anything I'm going to use fresh garlic in, I always start with my Garlic Infused Olive Oil. It is not overpowering but enhances everything I've prepared. Loving garlicy asparagus now, roast in oven 375 with ground black pepper, fresh garlic and drizzled infused oil.
