Since when does gel paste get moldy??? Never seen this, and I have some old colors!! I'd love to show you, but there are no places to upload a picture.

Chefmaster has become my new favorite for soft food gel coloring. I'll admit, in the past I was all about Americolor, but after trying Chefmaster based upon a fellow pastry friend's advice, I converted over to the "Colorful Side" and am now a Chefmaster believer! The consisty + potency of their formula is so true to color.

Excellent quality colors. Doesn't become lumpy . Very vibrant. Please make them theme easily available in India as well.

An amazing bold burst of color with every drop! I typically work with chocolate and I never have a problem getting the color I need. Even my buttercream has a vibrant pop. Chefmaster is my go to for color.

While I have tried other brands of color for airbrushing, Chefmaster is my #1 favorite! I run a home bakery under the Cottage Law & airbrush most every week. I know stock Chefmaster colors in the larger 9 oz size on a variety of colors. Also, this brand does not clog your airbrush gun. Thanks, Chefmaster, for making such a good quality product!
