Found these ladies exhibiting at the Royal Easter Show in Sydney and despite the family asking me to 'get a move on dad' I followed my nose to the stand. The aroma's were outstanding and I bought the Butter Chicken and Lamb Biryani on the spot. The conversation is now 'Dad can you do one of your Butter Chickens?'. Such clean meal flavours using fresh ingredients and finely blended spices. Sadly, for our local Indian restaurant our visits are less frequent.
