I couldn't be more pleased! I ordered and paid for a Christmas gift for my sister and paid for 2-day shipping. The next day I received e-mail that the item wasn't available. I was so upset! Then I received phonecall offering other choices, more expensive, but for the price I already paid, and get overnight shipping...on Christmas Eve!!! Yes, it arrived on time and I couldn't be more grateful for the willingness to please me. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!!!
I bought two charms for Christmas. They're well made, with a good weight to them. Shipped individually packaged with extra felt bags for wrapping. They were delivered on time.
