I was really expecting my experience with CH to be like any other jeweler, either way too pushy or totally ignored for not looking wealthy enough. Mia was the exact opposite. She is warm and friendly, and only guided me to what I was interested in seeing. She also worked tirelessly to find me something their system said was in inventory, but wasn't on the shelf. She's why I will go back (but everyone else was really nice too).

They took care with presentation of my necklace and the delivery. The necklace was in a nice gift box and packaged securely.. Before they sent out they also made sure I was able to get my delivery and quick delivery . Love my necklace it’s what I was looking for . Will definitely shop here again .

Amazing customer service

Super fast shipping and a personal touch. I appreciate that I was contacted to ask about whether someone would be home to sign for the delivery. I ended up having my order shipped to a FedEx store, which was a great secure option.
