Good customer service

I ordered caliper bolts for my Infiniti and I noticed they were stuck in transit with the USPS. I reached out to Cerritos and they sent a new order overnight. They were polite, professional and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Part is ok and I appreciate that my request was heard so they added a bit more cushion to the part I ordered. It wasn't perfect but it helped. However, shipping is expensive for freight. Customer service online is sub-par and does not provide enough information. It just says order shipped without any updates and provide a tracking number but it is useless because it doesn't say which carrier it is so i had to call and find out. They do better customer service on the phone. The online experience in my opinion wasn't very good.

I returned the part and have yet to hear anything back or receive my refund.
