WOW!!! What an amazing company, with wonderful customer service!!! My adult son lived with chronic pain. He researched the different companies to find the best product to help him manage his pain. Settling on CBDMD, he found a great deal of relief from his pain. I was so grateful that he found your product, as it was so difficult watching my son suffer. My son passed away in September and he received another automated shipment of gummies. I called the company and asked if I could return the unopened product and get a refund. The person I spoke to could not have been more compassionate in recognizing my loss. (I wish I had gotten his name) He was going to speak to his supervisor to see what could be done. They almost immediately refunded the purchase price on the account and did not ask me to return the product. In this day and age, it is difficult to find a company that treats you on such a kind, personal level. I am so very grateful to this wonderful company. The website states 2 day shipping but it is actually much much longer. I would not of ordered from here if I had known it would take so long to receive. It took over a week for me to receive my order. I actually still haven’t received it and ordered it last Friday it is now Wednesday and the tracking number says delivery is Saturday.
