This site/company charged my card, has not sent the order and will not respond to emails or messages.

After a year of use the battery cover wouldn't stay attached. I called Osprey Global to order a replacement and to my suprise they said it was under warranty and they would get a new one out to me today. This is a wear item and I was surprised. If they stand by their products like this I will definitely be ordering more Osprey products in the future. Super friendly and helpful staff. We'll done

This is the second Blue Laser I have bought from Osprey, very good reps and very good service. Would definately buy again.
