Remarkably quick delivery time to Australia, but I didn't receive my postal tracking details. Items I purchased are exactly what BUFF is renowned for. Excellent comfort and fit.

Communication could have been a bit better. The order was not processed within the 24-48 hours after payment, I had to contact to find out when the item would be shipped and to get the tracking information. Replies to emails were reasonably quick but still vague. The product (Buff Merino Headwear) is fantastic and I would like to buy another one but will try to find one here in Australia because I can’t justify the shipping costs. Other than that, no doubt there are lovely people working at Buff and I wish you all the best.
