Kindly supportive helpful staff through emotional purchase of a memorial bench. The bench was safely wrapped and packed and perfect image of online images. Only negative part of how process was the delivery . This was a courier company who did not give an hours notice as we were told but Offloaded the bench at the delivery address. Luckily a family was regularly checking and saw it at the roadside.

I ordered a memorial bench for my mother which was to go in the local park. The order was completed in a timely manner and the company were helpful when I had questions. The company also notified me when the bench was being dispatched as it was being delivered to a third party. I am very pleased with the final product and I'm sure my mum would be delighted to.

I purchased this bench as a memorial for my husband. I have now been able to view this installed and it looks fabulous. Many thanks to all your staff for all their assistance.

The Eastgare antivandal memorial seat and plaque were exactly as described and just what we had wanted. Unfortunately Broxap were let down by their unreliable courier who did not deliver on the agreed date and made the placing of the bench in the local cemetery extremely difficult for the family to arrange.

Very pleased with the product though delivery cost was high at nearly £70

Wrong bollard sent New one made very quick and then resent out but arrived wrong day! Everything went wrong but all staff tried hard and got it sorted in the end

Generally good service and product - just a couple of issues…. The order was delayed by a fortnight and while we understand these things happen, communication to keep us in the loop had to be driven by us. On arrival, the seats were of a great quality (and look fabulous in the Wood) but had been packed with the fixing bolts loose and wedged between the seat tops resulting in an imprint on the surface. The delivery driver was lovely, happy and helpful😃
