All of it good however it would be beneficial for the company to be VAT-registered so that VAT is correctly charged at purchase. As this was not the case, my order was held, and I had to pay a USD 24 service fee, which was equal to the price of the product. In the end this is my fault for not realising taxes were not included, but this is just a suggestion.

After receiving the Grip, I've encounter a big issue : The L-R triggers (especially the right trigger) doesn't work properly on my racing games because the trigger goes 80% instead of 100% due to the excess of plastic behind the triggers from the grips. If you want to make them perfect make the grips a bit deeper for big hands and solve this trigger issue. I'm disappointed because I had a lot of hopes on those grips. But as I know it's a young company, I'm still giving 5 stars.
