True quality of customer service! My wife and son went to the brick and mortar location for Memorial Day. All the Reps. We’re kind and willing to help. Even the designer took the time to meet my wife and fit her properly, my wife thought she was so Great! The staff were super engaging! My online orders have also been prompt and packed well. Jack in customer service even answered my e-mail questions in less than 24hrs and had a cool response that assured me of my importance as a patron. Excellent!
