The Personal Brand Challenge 2025 was amazing: it gave me so much clarity in formulating what my business is about and who I am targeting. I just started my own business, so the Personal Brand Challenge crossed my path at the exact right moment. The program is very well designed: it makes you dive deep, come up again, learn from your peers and you get very useful feedback from Wanjiru and Maja. Definitely worth the money! Thank you so much, Wanjiru and Maja!

As the challenge is closing, I would like to really cheer for this program. The hosts and facilitators (aka Maja and Wanjiru) have done a great job in supporting and providing feedback, availability, and support. The exercises are super practical, the whole journey is made to be very practical and team work worked really well. It is really valuable. I have learnt a lot and would do it all over again! Probably will! It is likely you will need to keep working after the end of the sessions to finalise your new branding but it is totally normal, this stuff takes time.

The Personal Brand Challenge was a fantastic deep dive into what you want to be known for and importantly, hired for. The course format was engaging and fruitful. I left with what I needed to update my LinkedIn profile after a change in my work focus. Up next is a refreshed website, which does not feel as intimidating as it did 4 weeks ago. The course leader and peer support made a big difference in how effective this course was for me.

The course was fun. Meeting wonderful new people and forcing myself to think about my own strengths. I needed my buddies to help me see more clearly. I have posted several professional items on LinkedIn recently which I never have done before in the same way.

The BTC platform is a great place to learn more about brand strategy development and/or facilitation. You can go through the coursework self-paced, but it's likely you will discover the amazing, warm community to share and learn together with. That really come to light during the Personal Brand Challenge for me, where in 4 well-structured sessions hosted by Wanjiru and Maja we had a serious but fun look at our own personal branding. I'd say that invaluable to any BTC course or program is the interaction you can generate with other peers!

I joined Brand The Change when I finished the book “Brand The Change” and started to have a rough idea that I wanted to do something good in my career. Anne was so nice to welcome me and made me feel home from day one. Now it’s been 5 years, I’ve “grown up” a lot and Brand The Change has been an important part in my career and my life not only because the knowledge and opinion shared is valuable but also people there are very heartwarming, open-minded and down-to-earth. They really walk the talk, so a very trustworthy tribe to grow and live with.

I really enjoyed the Personal Brand Challenge program hosted by Brand the Change. It was the perfect balance of pace, structure, group engagement and use of technology that helped get much more clarity about my own personal brand and also the brand of my company. If you've been meaning to get clear on who you serve and how you'd like them to perceive you but never got round to it I recommend you work with Brand the Change. Their courses will get you moving.

BTC as a platform is great to share knowledge and get inspired. The personal brand challenge was a good tool to reflect upon my own work.

After buying the book a few years ago, I decided to join the BTC platform this year. And I absolutely love it! It has so much great stuff to offer: courses, materials and lots of interesting content, such as expert interviews and fun challenges to sharpen the mind. But most of all: I love the international community of talented brand experts! Last October I joined the personal branding challenge. I was a bit worried upfront, because I was finding myself on crossroads and I wasn't sure which story I wanted to convey. But making a choice (at least for now), committing to it and diving into that brought me so much clarity. Wanjiru and Maja were great hosts and I was in a lovely and safe peer group that was very supportive and encouraging to bring everyone's story to life. I totally recommend joining this challenge when the next round comes up!
