I ordered two facial cleansers and a scrub to give as gifts for Christmas. I just wanted the cleansers but I added the scrub to go with. They canceled the two cleansers and only sent the scrub. I would never have paid shipping for just the scrub. And they did not give me any options to swap out items or cancel.

I have been a customer since the early 90's when I was a regular at the Madison Ave store. Have loved the products and did not want to switch brands. Recently had the pleasure of working with Kim and she was WONDERFUL. She was fully committed to making sure I had the correct product and on a timely basis! It was so nice to have the help and personalized care that I so cherished in the past!!!!
