I’ve been taking the probiotic capsules for over a month and I already see great results! I Feel better overall, and Have less odor and itchiness. Highly recommended.

I'm 28 and have always dealt with vaginal thrush issues due to stress and a high carb sugar western diet. I was looking for something to sooth my issues a bit. I knew it wasn't going to get rid of my problems but it really helps calm the itch. After a shower i'll dry thoroughly but gently, then apply cream to labia area. I really feel like that step helps to relieve some discomfort for the day. Also it works well as a personal lubricant for self pleasure. Not slippery enough for penetration I think.

Love this product (Vulva Balm) - it is soothing and non irritating, perfect for dryness due to breastfeeding or other hormonal imbalances. Can’t recommend enough!
