I had some issues with payment due the the bank and Josh was the most wonderful and helpful person! Customer service is 10/10. As for the product itself is outstanding! My mare had her tail to her hock and 120 days her tail was 6 in dragging on the ground! Their tail bags are also wonderful super durable and easy to use! Can’t wait to get my new filly on their product!!
