Maannnn.... I started taking this and just on the 2nd day I started experiencing all the detox side effects of rashes, etc. I almost stopped taking because it was so potent, but I just decided to reduce my dose to 1/3 tsp and work my way up from there. Great product, but beware - this stuff aint no joke! 😊

Went on a 3 day water fast. Drank the tea first thing in the morning, and was never hungry and my stomach never growled with hunger pains. My body was satisfied and I gained a real clarity. This product is worth it.
