I have tried quite a few cups on the market over the years and finally gave up. Fast forward to 2021 and I decided I would try again with Best, Periodt! and I have to say, it has been the best experience, periodt. The cup I was the most familiar with made me sore because the rim was not flexible enough. Best, Periodt has the most soft, flexible rim and it was so easy to insert, it was a revelation. I've also had the experience of one getting "stuck" so the fact that this cup has a stem long enough to grip, is a panic saver. I normally have a 4-5 day period with a heavy day 2 and 4, that was not my experience last month. My period was done in 3 days, no heavy bleeding or cramping. Day 1 I got it completely right, Day 2, not so much, but there wasn't an accident which I was completely surprised by. Day 3 was next to nothing. Overall, I would have to say definitely try it. It's not as steep of a learning curve as you might think (Plus the super informative booklet is soo good for cup virgins!), you really can't go wrong. It's worth the coin and the cause.
